The bubbles are so fine they almost feel creamy, and it’s genuinely refreshing at the recommended 8-10 degrees. I brought it to a dinner with non-drinkers and everyone kept asking for another glass—19 kcal per 100ml is a nice bonus too.
The bubbles are genuinely crisp and refreshing, and at 19 kcal per 100 ml it’s a guilt-free pour that actually tastes like a proper white. Chilled to 9 degrees, it was the perfect stand-in for a celebratory glass without any of the headache afterward.
We hosted a dinner with our teetotal friends and nobody guessed this wasn't the real thing—the crisp bubbles held up beautifully at 8 degrees. For 19 kcal per 100 ml, it's become my go-to weekday pour.
