Espumante è un brillante e frizzante spumante bianco spagnolo, ottenuto dalle classiche uve Airén, un vitigno autoctono della Spagna centrale che prospera nel clima caldo e secco. L'Airén è noto per produrre vini bianchi semplici e rinfrescanti, il che lo rende l'uva perfetta per il nostro Espumante analcolico, che offre un'autentica esperienza senza alcol per il consumatore consapevole.

NOTE DI GUSTO
Espumante offre dolci note di pesca e un'acidità equilibrata con sentori di pompelmo, rendendo questo spumante spagnolo facile da gustare e da versare in un altro bicchiere.

IL NOSTRO PROCESSO UNICO
Le uve vengono raccolte e pressate direttamente, inoculate con un lievito selezionato e fermentate in vasche di acciaio. Dopo la fermentazione, i vini vengono delicatamente dealcolizzati con un processo proprietario di distillazione sotto vuoto per preservare le caratteristiche distintive delle uve.
