NOTE DI GUSTO
Vogliamo rendere omaggio al Daiquiri originale, un classico senza tempo che risale al 1898 nell'omonima città mineraria di Daiquiri, all'estremità sud-orientale di Cuba. Il sapore è bilanciato dai lime acidi, principalmente provenienti dal Messico, e dallo zucchero grezzo. Semplice, delizioso e analcolico. Inoltre, abbiamo sviluppato un distillato unico utilizzando i gusci dei semi di peperoncino per fornire il piacevole calore che amiamo nei nostri cocktail.
