NOTES DE DÉGUSTATION
Pour créer l'ISH G&T, nous nous approvisionnons en plantes comme les baies de genièvre séchées au soleil du Sud de l'Europe et les graines de coriandre principalement de Provence, en France. Elles s'allient à une symphonie d'agrumes frais composée de citron, citron vert, mandarine et orange amère. Nous avons également développé un distillat unique utilisant les coques des graines de piment pour apporter la chaleur satisfaisante que nous aimons dans nos cocktails.
