L'Espumante est un vin blanc pĂ©tillant espagnol lumineux et vif, Ă©laborĂ© Ă  partir des raisins classiques AirĂ©n, indigĂšnes du centre de l'Espagne oĂč ils prospĂšrent dans un climat chaud et sec. L'AirĂ©n est rĂ©putĂ© pour produire des vins blancs simples et rafraĂźchissants, ce qui en fait le cĂ©page idĂ©al pour notre Espumante sans alcool, qui offre fiĂšrement une expĂ©rience authentique sans alcool pour le buveur averti.

NOTES DE DÉGUSTATION
L'Espumante offre de douces notes de pĂȘche et une aciditĂ© Ă©quilibrĂ©e avec des touches de pamplemousse, ce qui rend ce pĂ©tillant espagnol facile Ă  apprĂ©cier et Ă  se resservir.

NOTRE PROCÉDÉ UNIQUE
Les raisins sont récoltés et pressés directement, inoculés avec une culture de levure et fermentés en cuves inox. AprÚs la fermentation, les vins sont doucement désalcoolisés selon un procédé de distillation sous vide breveté afin de préserver les propriétés distinctives des raisins.
