ISH G&T:n valmistukseen hankimme kasviperäiset ainesosamme, kuten auringossa kuivatut katajanmarjat Etelä-Euroopasta ja korianterinsiemenet pääasiassa Provencesta, Ranskasta. Ne yhdistyvät raikkaaseen sitrussinfoniaan, johon kuuluvat sitruuna, lime, mandariini ja karvasappelsiini. Lisäksi olemme kehittäneet ainutlaatuisen tisleuutteen chilinsiemenien kuorista, joka antaa cocktailillemme sen tyydyttävän tulisen potkun.
