Espumante es un vino blanco español brillante y burbujeante elaborado con las clásicas uvas Airén, autóctonas del centro de España, donde prosperan en el clima cálido y seco. La Airén es conocida por producir vinos blancos sencillos y refrescantes, por lo que es la uva perfecta para nuestro Espumante sin alcohol, que ofrece con orgullo una experiencia auténtica sin alcohol para el bebedor consciente.

NOTAS DE SABOR
Espumante ofrece dulces notas de melocotón y una acidez equilibrada con toques de pomelo, lo que hace que este espumoso español sea fácil de disfrutar y fácil de servir otra copa.

NUESTRO PROCESO ÚNICO
Las uvas se cosechan y se prensan directamente, se inoculan con un cultivo de levadura y se fermentan en depósitos de acero. Tras la fermentación, los vinos se desalcoholizan suavemente mediante un proceso patentado de destilación al vacío para mantener las propiedades distintivas de las uvas.

MARIDAJE
Una excelente opción para celebraciones cotidianas que también combina muy bien con platos ligeros de pescado y comida asiática picante.
