Vi ønsker at hylde den originale Daiquiri, en tidløs klassisk cocktail, der stammer tilbage fra 1898 i den eponyme mineby Daiquiri på Cubas sydøstlige spids. Smagen er afbalanceret med de sure limefrugter, hovedsageligt fra Mexico, og rørsukker. Enkelt, lækkert og alkoholfrit. Derudover har vi udviklet et unikt destillat ved hjælp af skallerne fra chilifrø for at give den tilfredsstillende styrke, vi elsker ved vores cocktails.
