Vi ønsker at hylde den originale Daiquiri, en tidløs klassisk cocktail, der stammer tilbage fra 1898 i den eponyme mineby Daiquiri pü Cubas sydøstlige spids. Smagen er afbalanceret med de sure limefrugter, hovedsageligt fra Mexico, og rørsukker. Enkelt, lÌkkert og alkoholfrit.
